Alyssa is the Research Safety Operations Manager for UCLA Environment, Health and Safety. Alyssa has over 20 years of experience in various roles supporting research activities at UCLA, since 2003. In her current role, Alyssa oversees the business operations of the Controlled Substance Program, Hazardous Chemical Waste Management Program, and PPE Distribution Program. Alyssa also serves as the policy and regulatory expert for controlled substance use on campus. Alyssa's role as operations manager is to help facilitate the development and implementation of initiatives that impact several units across research safety.
