Known for creating high-performing teams and implementing innovative programs, Chris excels in strategic planning, fiscal management, and delivering excellent customer service. His achievements include spearheading the successful implementation of Bruin ePermit, a virtual and fully online permit system that removed customer burdens and reduced expenses by $2.25 million. Additionally, Chris implemented the frictionless online daily decision commuting program at UCLA, which has significantly reduced parking demand while accommodating hybrid work arrangements. In his current role, he leads a team working to leverage the power of data and analytics to inform strategic planning efforts, deliver cost savings, and improve customer service.
