Gerardo oversees the Customer Service areas of the Central Ticket Office. On average, the CTO has 150,000+ interactions annually. Gerardo was instrumental in the development and implementation of the office’s Culture of Service program, an established set of standards for sustaining the high level of service expected by all customers. He graduated from UCLA and his passion for the university drives him to continue providing the best service to all patrons visiting and enjoying events at UCLA.
