Gerardo was appointed Director of the Central Ticket Office (CTO) in July 2024. Before stepping into this role, he served as Senior Assistant Director, where he oversaw the Performing Arts and Customer Service divisions. Each year, CTO manages an average of 750 events, including UCLA Athletics, Center for the Art of Performance (CAP UCLA), Theater Arts, student programming, and special events. A proud UCLA alumnus, Gerardo’s deep-rooted passion for the university continues to inspire his commitment to delivering exceptional service to all patrons attending events on campus.
