Facilities Management
Todd is an experienced Plumbing Manager with over 34 years of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving a diverse range of plumbing systems challenges. He manages the daily operations of the Plumbing shop which services the UCLA campus and utility systems and acts as a support to Housing, medical facilities and Ronald Reagan and Santa Monica Hospitals. He oversees the skilled maintenance and repair work of 60+ plumbing personnel and manages the departmental budget in excess of $5 million annually. To ensure efficiency, Todd actively pursues ways to enhance existing processes, while consistently developing innovative strategies and solutions to resolve project problems and achieve high quality results.
