Brian is the Strategic Business and Analysis Manager for UCLA Fleet and Transit, where he leads a team of dedicated professionals overseeing more than 1,000 university vehicle assets. His responsibilities include managing annual vehicle acquisitions and replacements, securing grant and alternative funding, overseeing the university’s vehicle motorpool, implementing central fleet systems, and providing analytical support for Fleet and Transit operations.

He believes that even baby steps are progress, and that structured process is key to building a better future.

Brian has created UCLA’s new vehicle life cycle replacement standard, revamped the campus parking pay station rate structure, and helped save the department millions by applying lean process methodologies to improve workflows. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a degree from UCLA.

Based in San Pedro, California, Brian is a proud husband and father of two. An avid Star Wars fan, he enjoys conducting fun experiments with his kids and taking walks around the UCLA South Bay campus for the view.
