Carly represents and advises university departments in matters that concern unionized employees. In addition, Carly is a skilled negotiator. Carly served as the lead negotiator for the local Demonstration Teachers contract and serves on the University’s system-wide bargaining teams for various collective bargaining agreements. Currently, Carly handles the Non-Senate Faculty (IX), Academic Student Employee (BX) and Student Health Center Physician (UAPD) contracts. Prior to coming to UCLA, Carly practiced law in the private sector with an emphasis on Labor and Employment law within the public school system.
