Dave leads the Bruin Commuter Programs (BCP) unit within Transportation. He oversees Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Space Management (SM), Citation Review and Adjudication (CRA), and Products & Services (PS). BCP is an internal, highly visible (staff, faculty, and student) customer service organization with an annual budget of about $29MM. Dave has served in leadership roles at two Fortune 500 companies for a span of 23 years working primarily in the transportation industry. Dave joined UCLA in 2011 and has been in several roles within UCLA Transportation. He holds a certification as a Certified Parking Professional through the National Parking Association and is a University of San Francisco alumnus.
