Erik serves as the Assistant Director of Facilities Management, overseeing the Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Elevator, and Plumbing skilled trades. With a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in both public and private sectors, Erik brings extensive knowledge to his role. He is well-versed in various aspects of departmental operations, including building mechanical systems, apprenticeship training, emergency management, process improvements, as well as the management of significant projects and budgets.
