Campus Human Resources
Fran is a HR Analysis and Compliance Manager who works with the HR & Payroll Center – South. She provides in-depth HR analyses and works to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations. Fran was part of a campus team that developed job descriptions, including the creation of a new system-wide position, for the recently opened Luskin Conference Center. She holds a BS degree in Political Science and a certificate in Global Studies from Arizona State University.
