Jamal is an Assistant Director with the UCLA Central Ticket Office overseeing the customer service areas and serving as the ticket liaison for the UCLA Center for the Performing Arts. He joined UCLA’s Central Ticket Office in 2018 as the Customer Service Manager & Special Events Coordinator. Jamal holds a Master’s degree in Sport Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Howard University. Before becoming a Bruin, Jamal spent the majority of his career within Major League Baseball working in sales & ticket operations for the Philadelphia Phillies.
