Campus Human Resources
Jess is the Assistant Manager-Employee & Labor Relations for Campus Human Resources. Jess provides professional advice and counsel to management on employee performance and corrective actions including discipline and dismissal, conducts workplace investigations, and provides guidance regarding personnel policies and collective bargaining agreements. Jess has proudly served the university since 2013 and is honored to be part of Administration Leadership 2029’s “Monthly Management Tips” team. Jess is also privileged to be an advisor to the Administration Equity Council. She holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (“SPHR”) from the HR Certification Institute, a Human Resources Management Certificate from UCLA Extension, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
