Digital & Technology Solutions
Kelly is a steward, mentor, and cultural ambassador. She is an insatiably curious life-long learner that believes in the duty of public higher education institutions to query, seek solutions, and uplift humanity.
Kelly currently serves as campus IT governance lead and staff sponsor for the BruinTech program. In this role, Kelly manages the review and approval process for the campus digital transformation portfolio of projects and initiatives; oversees committee operations and member management; creates sustainable communication loops; and champions culture, community, and engagement.
Kelly has an undergraduate degree in the arts with a minor in art history and has done graduate course work in global studies and internal relations with a focus in diplomacy. She is an avid believer in the power of art and culture to break barriers, build bridges, and strengthen ties to one another. Kelly has recently started to explore biomimicry thinking and practices to better understand how cooperative ecosystems work.
When not in UCLA mode, Kelly steeps herself in creative activities, making time for contemporary craft making, writing, and travel. She currently has a multitude of craft projects underway, is (slowly) writing a novel, and planning for retirement abroad.
