Tirzah is the Senior Project Analyst for the Commuter & Parking Services’ Business Administration team. She is responsible for leading continuous program and process improvement efforts, particularly in the areas of employee engagement and training, for over 250 employees, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, she participates in strategic business planning efforts for Commuter & Parking Services and independently manages various complex inter-departmental projects. Tirzah holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from UCLA.
