Leadership 2029 Projects
Project focus was the building, planning and design process managed by Design and Project Management (DPM) at Facilities Management. The objective was to create a clearer, more realistic expectation to enhance customer satisfaction. Results included a new Customer Experience Survey used by DPM to track their KPIs, interdepartmental use of the DPM Dashboard to coordinate collaborations, and a tutorial video for DPM clients to view when they initiate a new project.
A series of articles written in conjunction with Campus Human Resources with tools and resources to help managers succeed. Designed to be respectful of a supervisor or manager’s busy schedules, these short articles include a scenario and additional links for those who wish to dig deeper into each topic.
Partnered with Campus Procurement to develop onboarding and training resources to procurement preparers within Administration, streamlining and standardizing the process for preparing procurement-related activities to remove administrative burden.
Increased data literacy and cross-functional data analysis and utilization to strengthen data-driven decision-making. This led to the creation of the Covid Data Response Team, and assisted other Administration entities such as Organizational Effectiveness & Development in transitioning the Work Environment Survey into the Tableau platform.
